The Access Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) in Washoe Valley, NV, is dedicated to empowering individuals at risk of type II diabetes through a comprehensive, CDC-approved curriculum. Our mission is to educate and support participants in effectively managing their health, promoting weight loss, and preventing the onset of diabetes. Participants will engage in diabetes education and lifestyle coaching, exploring topics such as healthy eating, nutrition, cooking, physical activity, and stress management.
