Mobile Harvest, operated by the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, is dedicated to delivering crucial food assistance directly to neighborhoods in Washoe Valley and surrounding areas. This essential mobile food pantry serves households by providing emergency food access, ensuring that no one faces hunger alone. To participate, families simply need to complete an intake form during their first visit and annually thereafter. Our easy-to-follow monthly schedule, offering details on locations and times for the mobile distributions, is available in both English and Spanish. Currently, many distributions operate in a convenient drive-through format, allowing for safe and efficient access to nutritious food. Once registered, households can benefit from picking up food once a week at our Mobile Harvest events, helping to nourish our community one meal at a time.
