Located in Wellington, NV, the Access Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) offers a comprehensive approach to empower individuals at risk of type II diabetes through a CDC-approved curriculum. Our mission is to support you in managing your health, achieving weight loss, and taking proactive measures to prevent diabetes effectively. Participants will benefit from diabetes education, lifestyle coaching, and the encouragement of group support, covering essential topics such as nutritious eating, healthy cooking, physical activity, successful weight loss strategies, stress management, improved sleep, and effective communication with healthcare providers. Our program consists of 26 interactive sessions, beginning with weekly meetings for the first 16 weeks, followed by bi-weekly and monthly sessions, ensuring lasting change and healthy habits for life.
