MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in West Wendover, NV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs. MOVE! offers a range of supportive options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-directed approaches, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight challenges.
