Located in West Wendover, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions provides essential services to individuals of all ages who have documented intellectual disabilities, including Autism and Down Syndrome. Our mission is to empower recipients to thrive in their communities by offering a comprehensive range of support. We facilitate various services such as Jobs and Day Training Services, which include Day Habilitation, Prevocational Services, Supported Employment, and Career Planning. Our Residential Support Services range from intermittent assistance to full residential support management. Additionally, we offer behavioral consultation, individual and group counseling, non-medical transportation, and nursing as well as nutrition counseling. By maintaining the necessary Level of Care, we ensure that individuals receive timely support to prevent the need for admission to an Intermediate Care Facility. We are dedicated to fostering independence and improving the quality of life for those we serve.
