At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Winnemucca, NV, we are dedicated to nurturing advocates for a just and equitable food system. Our program offers comprehensive training that empowers Fellows to become effective teachers in organic food systems, engaging deeply with community needs. Through hands-on, experiential learning at our farm, participants will cultivate and distribute diverse crops, foster community gardens, and develop innovative educational initiatives focused on food and ecological literacy. We believe in accessibility, which is why the Fellowship comes at no cost to participants. Selected Fellows will benefit from a six-month immersive experience, followed by a Community Action Year where they will collaborate with regional non-profits to promote healthy food access.
