Located in Zephyr Cove, NV, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and ensure they are connected to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of innovative options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the TeleMOVE! program that allows for in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight.
