Located in Albany, NY, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed to support cancer survivors in reclaiming their health and vitality after treatment. Open to anyone who has completed their cancer treatment, the program focuses particularly on those who have finished within the last 24 months, but welcomes participants at any stage in their survivorship journey. We offer comprehensive support, including nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, and essential education on emotional well-being and medical management.
