Located in Astoria, NY, MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to weight management resources that address individual needs and preferences. Participants can benefit from a variety of services including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management.
