Located in Binghamton, NY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to the right weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for convenient in-home communication and support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight. We encourage interested Veterans to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey toward better health.
