The Center for Targeted Populations - Operation HOPE is dedicated to supporting Long Island veterans and their families with essential food assistance and resources. Serving Central Islip, NY, we deliver nutritious food and vital supplies right to the doors of those who have served our country, with deliveries scheduled two days each week. Our compassionate team, comprised of dedicated volunteers and staff, also provides crucial information and referrals to connect military families with benefits and services tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to ensure that veterans and the families of deployed personnel receive the support they deserve in a warm and caring environment.
