The Astoria Welfare Society (AWS) is dedicated to supporting the Flushing community by offering essential food assistance and groceries to families in need. Each month, we serve between 7,000 and 10,000 families, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and vital household items. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and provide immediate support to those facing food insecurity, helping to create a healthier, more stable community for everyone. We invite families in need to come visit us and take advantage of our food pantry services, designed to deliver care and practical assistance when it is needed most.
