Located in Fresh Meadows, NY, the New Beginnings Teen Parenting Program, part of the J-CAP organization, is dedicated to empowering young mothers by providing essential emotional support and practical resources. Our mission is to equip pregnant and parenting teens, as well as those facing challenges, with the skills needed for independent living and personal growth. We focus on ensuring that these young individuals can continue their education, whether through school or pursuing their General Equivalency Diploma (GED), and guide them towards higher education and sustainable employment. Our comprehensive services include access to GED instruction, life and social skills training, homework assistance, nutritional education, as well as crucial parenting and homemaking skills, all designed to help our participants build a brighter future and develop a strong foundation for themselves and their families.
