The Shelter Plus Care Program in Hamburg, NY is dedicated to providing essential housing solutions and support for individuals who are chronically homeless and facing disabilities, all while adhering to the standards set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Managed by the WNY Veterans Housing Coalition and supported by the Erie County Department of Mental Health, our program offers comprehensive services including rental assistance, public assistance referrals, system navigation support, nutritional guidance, skills training, and access to medical and mental health treatment.
