Mobile Outreach Resource Services (MORE) is dedicated to serving the community of Hempstead, NY, by providing vital food assistance and support to individuals in need when local pantries are unavailable. We deliver emergency food directly to user-friendly locations, including libraries, parks, and shopping centers, ensuring that those struggling have access to essential resources. Our program specifically caters to high-risk, homebound individuals such as senior citizens, disabled veterans, and those facing medical challenges that prevent them from visiting food pantries. We offer biweekly home delivery of nonperishable food, personal care products, household supplies, and pet food, based on individualized orders placed from our warehouse menu. Each recipient is carefully assessed for eligibility and may be referred for additional social services if required.
