Located in Huntington, NY, the Diabetes Education Program is dedicated to empowering individuals with comprehensive education and support for managing diabetes. Our team includes Registered Dietitians who offer practical guidance on healthy eating, meal planning, and understanding food labels, as well as Diabetes Nurse Educators who provide insight into blood glucose monitoring, medication management, and risk reduction strategies. We also facilitate Diabetes Self-Management Classes, a four-part series that fosters community connections and shares valuable experiences for living well with diabetes.
