The Resource Center in Lancaster, NY, is dedicated to empowering youth aged 14-24 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. Our mission is to offer comprehensive non-residential support that includes vital resources such as case management, guidance in independent living skills, personal care supplies, and access to food, cooking, and laundry facilities. We also provide individual, group, and family counseling to foster resilience and stability. In partnership with Compass House, our Street Outreach Program extends our reach to ensure that no young person has to face these challenges alone. We are here to provide the practical support and guidance needed to help youth build a brighter future.
