MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Levittown, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with a variety of personalized treatment options that suit their individual needs and preferences. Participants can engage in supportive group sessions, receive telephone lifestyle coaching, or utilize our innovative TeleMOVE! service for in-home support. Veterans who prefer self-management can benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For those who continue to face challenges with weight, we offer weight loss medications and access to bariatric surgery.
