Located in Lindenhurst, NY, the Nutrition Education & Food Services Program is dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS through vital nutrition education and food assistance. Recognizing the ongoing impact of the AIDS epidemic on Long Island, particularly among minority and low-income communities, our program addresses the urgent need for access to nutritious food and health resources. As the only food pantry in Nassau County specifically designed for individuals with HIV/AIDS, we provide essential services including a free food pantry and home-delivered meal options that prioritize health and well-being.
