MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Liverpool, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides a self-management option. Additionally, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after engaging with our program.
