Services for People with Developmental Disabilities in New Rochelle, NY, is dedicated to empowering over 100 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through comprehensive support and residential services. Our 16 residential programs, which include 15 Individualized Residential Alternatives and 1 Intermediate Care Facility, are thoughtfully designed to foster a safe and nurturing home environment with around-the-clock supervision by our compassionate and skilled staff. We proudly operate two community-based day habilitation programs that offer a rich variety of engaging activities focused on health, well-being, and social engagement, while integrating volunteer opportunities at local fire departments and animal shelters, as well as delivering Meals on Wheels. Additionally, our Medicaid Service Coordination assists over 80 men and women, ensuring they receive quality services tailored to their unique interests and needs. At the heart of our mission is a robust Self-Advocacy program, empowering individuals to voice their opinions and support one another in their journeys toward greater independence and dignity.
