Located in Niagara Falls, NY, Cancer Transitions offers a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed treatment. While the program primarily serves those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, it welcomes survivors at any stage of their journey.
