Located in Niagara Falls, NY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to proactively address obesity by annually screening every Veteran who receives care in VA facilities, connecting them with tailored weight management services. MOVE! offers a variety of flexible treatment options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges after participating in our program.
