Located in North Tonawanda, NY, Preventive Services, a program of OLV Human Services, is dedicated to supporting families facing challenges such as parenting issues, educational struggles, addiction, and domestic violence. Our mission is to provide critical assistance that preserves family unity and promotes safety, ensuring that children can stay in their homes. We offer case management, parenting and nutrition education, budgeting support, and health management services. Additionally, we connect families with vital community resources including counseling, skills instruction, and psychiatric assessments. Our program is accessible to those certified as eligible by the Erie County Department of Social Services, with help available regardless of income.
