Located in Patchogue, NY, the Nutrition Education & Food Services Program is dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS by providing essential nutrition education and emergency food assistance. Recognizing the significant impact of the AIDS epidemic on minority and low-income communities in Long Island, we offer a specialized food pantry and home-delivered meal service that ensures access to nutritious food for those in need. As the only food pantry in Nassau County specifically designed to cater to this population, our team is committed to empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain their health, while fostering connections with local hospitals to ensure ongoing medical care. Through tailored education initiatives, we also aim to reduce disease transmission and improve the overall quality of life for our participants.
