The Astoria Welfare Society (AWS) is dedicated to supporting the Ridgewood, NY community by providing vital food assistance to families in need. Each month, we serve between 7,000 and 10,000 households, ensuring they have access to groceries and essential items necessary for their well-being. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and improve the quality of life for our neighbors, making emergency food aid and basic necessities readily available to those facing challenges. We invite families to reach out and access our services to help create a healthier, more supported community together.
