MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Scarsdale, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them with tailored weight management services that fit their unique needs. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! system, which allows for at-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after utilizing our program.
