At Services for People with Developmental Disabilities in Spring Valley, NY, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We proudly provide essential services to over 100 people through our 16 residential programs, including 15 Individualized Residential Alternatives and 1 Intermediate Care Facility, ensuring a caring, safe, and home-like atmosphere with round-the-clock, highly trained supervision. Our community-based day habilitation programs offer a variety of enriching opportunities focused on health, well-being, recreational, and social activities. In addition to our residential and day services, we also provide Medicaid Service Coordination for over 80 individuals, where our coordinators actively engage with each person to facilitate quality services tailored to their interests and needs. Our robust Self-Advocacy program empowers individuals to express themselves and support one another, helping them lead fulfilling lives and become vital members of their communities.
