The Center for Targeted Populations - Operation HOPE is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and supplies directly to the homes of veterans and their families in Valley Stream, NY, two days a week. Our compassionate team of volunteers and staff not only delivers emergency food but also offers valuable information and referrals to connect these deserving heroes and their families with crucial benefits and support services. Our mission is to ensure that those who have served and their loved ones receive the aid they need, especially during challenging times when family members are deployed overseas. We are here to serve our veterans and ensure they feel supported and cared for in their local community.
