The Farmingdale Jewish Center, now known as Congregation Beth Tikvah, serves as a cornerstone for Jewish life in Wantagh and surrounding areas. With roots tracing back to 1926, it offers a welcoming community for families through a variety of spiritual and educational programs, including Bar and Bat Mitzvah ceremonies, weddings, and daily services. The Center is dedicated not only to religious activities but also fosters social connections via its active Men's and Women's Clubs, Book and Yiddish Clubs, and diverse cultural events. By addressing the spiritual and social needs of the community, Congregation Beth Tikvah strengthens its presence and relevance in the landscape of Long Island's Jewish heritage.
