At The Center for Targeted Populations - Operation HOPE, we are dedicated to supporting Long Island veterans and their families by providing essential food assistance and supplies directly to their homes twice a week. Our caring team of volunteers and staff goes beyond just delivering groceries; we also offer vital information and referrals to connect veterans and active-duty military families with the benefits and services they need.
