The program begins with a 30-day Foundation phase focused on counseling and program orientation, followed by the Discovery phase (months 2-5) where participants begin working and reconnecting with family. During the Application phase (months 6-9), residents work up to 40 hours weekly while receiving life skills training in finances and legal matters.
