Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing well-being in Athens, OH, through our Home Delivered Meals program, which provides nutritious, medically tailored meals for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, created by a Registered Dietitian, cater to specific medical needs, including those with Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We ensure that clients receive the nutrition they require for optimal health, whether they are part of Medicaid programs, Medicare beneficiaries, or self-paying individuals seeking convenient meal delivery at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. For those uncertain about their eligibility for meal delivery, we advise consulting with your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to further support our clients' health journeys.
