The Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) serves the heart of Delaware, Ohio by providing essential food assistance to low-income households, including the elderly and Native American families living on or near Indian reservations. Our mission is to ensure that every eligible individual has access to nutritious USDA foods while also offering nutrition education to promote healthier eating habits. We understand the challenges faced by our community, and we are dedicated to alleviating food insecurity through our direct services. To participate, applicants must meet certain income guidelines, with further assistance available from local Indian Tribal Organizations or State Distributing Agencies.
