Located in Hillsboro, OH, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals program. We cater to eligible clients insured under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking a self-pay option. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to address the nutritional needs of individuals with specific health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients may qualify for meal delivery based on their program and state, while Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should check with their plans for meal benefits. We also offer a self-pay program at $7.75 per meal, providing flexibility and convenience for individuals who wish for home-delivered meals. In addition to meals, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, allowing us to support our clients in achieving their nutritional goals effectively.
