Upon arrival, guests simply park, and our volunteers will register them from their vehicle, ensuring a streamlined process for everyone. While we primarily serve residents from London and surrounding areas, we’re also committed to helping families from nearby communities. No appointment is necessary, but we kindly ask that visitors arrive at least 15 minutes before closing.
