At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Marysville, OH, we are dedicated to providing nutritious Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our thoughtfully prepared meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, support the health and well-being of individuals with specific medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure our meals cater to various dietary restrictions, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who qualify, we work closely with Case Managers to determine eligibility for meal delivery. Additionally, we offer a self-pay option, allowing individuals without insurance to access our meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Nutrition for Longevity also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, further reinforcing our commitment to enhancing the health and quality of life for our clients in the community.
