The Ohio Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) is dedicated to supporting low-income seniors in Massillon, OH, by providing essential food assistance through a monthly distribution of nutritious food boxes. Aimed at addressing dietary gaps often faced by the elderly, each box offers a variety of items, including nonfat dry and evaporated milk, juice, oats, rice, pasta, peanut butter, canned meat, and an assortment of fruits and vegetables. While these boxes are not a complete diet, they play a critical role in promoting health and well-being among older adults in our community.
