Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to serving the nutritional needs of seniors aged 60 and older in Salem, OH, and the surrounding Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana Counties. Our program provides a vital service by delivering fully cooked, frozen meal packages directly to homes once a week. Each package includes five entrees and a variety of sides, collectively meeting one-third of the daily nutritional requirements as established by the FDA for seniors. While the meal service is offered at no cost, we encourage a suggested donation of $10.00 per box to help sustain our operations; however, donations are completely voluntary. Our program is supported by generous Grants from the Area Agency on Aging and the Mahoning County Senior Levy, allowing us to fulfill our mission of ensuring that our senior community receives the nourishment and care they deserve.
