Based in Steubenville, OH, the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) is dedicated to providing vital assistance to those facing financial hardships. We focus on helping individuals and families at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines by offering essential services such as emergency food assistance and support for housing needs, including first month’s rent, current month's rent, past due rent, and utility payments when specified in lease agreements.
