The Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) is dedicated to supporting low-income households, including elders and Native American families in Sylvania, OH, by providing essential USDA foods. Our mission is to alleviate food insecurity and promote nutrition education among those living on Indian reservations and nearby areas. We understand the critical importance of access to healthy food, and through our program, qualified applicants can receive emergency food assistance tailored to their needs. To participate, families must meet specific monthly income guidelines, and we welcome them to reach out to their Indian Tribal Organization, State Distributing Agency, or the FNS regional office for further support and guidance.
