MOVE! Weight Management Program in Altus, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to proactively address obesity by annually screening every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities and providing tailored referrals to a variety of weight management services that align with individual needs and preferences. Our program offers diverse care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
