The Meal Support Program, based in Bethany, OK, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our live, virtual group meals foster a safe and supportive environment where participants can share a meal while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners working toward their CNS certification. We offer flexible meal support sessions four times a day—two for lunch and two for dinner—allowing individuals to join as their schedules permit. While we focus on meal support, please note that this program is not designed for urgent care or crisis intervention.
