This free, comprehensive program spans 12 months and offers invaluable resources for effective diabetes management, available in both English and Spanish. Participants will receive six informative e-booklets covering key topics tailored to their journey post-diagnosis, as well as a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and community event information. Enrollees who provide their phone number can participate in the monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions, allowing them to connect with ADA experts, inquire about diabetes-related concerns, and discover vital connections between diabetes and heart health.
