Located in Checotah, OK, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to various weight management options that align with individual needs and preferences. Our program offers Group sessions, Telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! services to support Veterans in their weight loss journey, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who wish to self-manage their weight. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to Weight Loss Medications and Bariatric Surgery.
