Our free and accessible meal support sessions create a welcoming and safe environment where participants can enjoy live, facilitated virtual group meals while receiving compassionate guidance from certified nutrition practitioners. With four daily meal support times, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals can tailor their participation to fit their schedule, ensuring they receive the nurturing and community connection essential for recovery.
