ADvantage, located in Eufaula, OK, is dedicated to empowering eligible adults, including older adults and individuals with disabilities, to maintain their independence and remain connected to their loved ones. Our Home and Community Based ADvantage Waiver program offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to support individuals in their own homes rather than in nursing facilities. We provide vital resources such as case management, personal care, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, specialized medical equipment, prescription medications, home modifications, assisted living, adult day health care, and hospice care.
