MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fort Sill, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management solutions. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. Additionally, for those who continue to face challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
