Located in Harrah, OK, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows Veterans to engage in weight management from home with clinician support. Additionally, those who prefer a self-guided approach can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
