Located in Idabel, OK, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who visits VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to personalized weight management options. We offer a variety of practical and adaptable choices including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home messaging and clinician support. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available for Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach to managing their weight. For those facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues, we can also discuss options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
